In this paper, Dianthus chinensis'Meitian', Rosa cvs., Dendrobium Tomoflake'Akebono'are used to study the flower bud induction rate of influencing factors, choose the appropriate culture medium and conditions to induce the flower bud, provide tissue culture techniques for the commercial production of flowers in vitro,and study the technology to extend the flowering period of Dianthus chinensis'Meitian' in vitro.The results show that:the suitable medium of Dianthus chinensis'Meitian'in the primary induction of flower buds is 1/2MS+KT1.5mg/L, the medium of increasing the rate of flowering is MS-1/2 NH4NO3+KT1.Omg/L, the suitable medium of inducting flower buds in subculture is MS+ KT0.5mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L+sucrose 6.0%, Controlling the vitrification is benefit to flower bud induction. The medium of extending the flowering period is MS+KT1.0~2.0mg/L+NAAO.1mg/L +agar 0.4%.Selecting suitable varieties of Rosa cvs. is benefit to flower bud induction, suitable induction medium is MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+IBAO.lmg/L+PP3331.0mg/L.Nobile D. Tomoflake'Akebono'three-year old tissue culture plant is not appropriate to flower induction as the initial material, the rate of flower bud induction is low.
