Study on soil water and salt transport can help us get reasonable evaluation about the function and practicability of soil ameliorative measures, and with the evaluation,we can improve the ameliorative measures in further, and get the final purpose of utilizing and reform saline soil.This paper takes sand-layer measure, slag-layer measure, sand-cover measure, and studies the Soil moisture and salt transport on different measures, and we hope it can provide basis on regional water and salt regulation and engineering measures.The study results is as follow:(1) sand-layer measure, slag-layer measure both can decrease water supply to upper layer of soil from groundwater。In the dry season that Soil moisture is supplied mostly by groundwater, interlayer soil moisture content is lower than contrast; Interlayer can defer infiltration, and when heavy rainfall, it make more overland runoff, little infiltration, and its soil moisture content is lower than contrast; Some time after rainy season, interlayer measures defer infiltration, and the moisture content is higher than contrast.(2) Because interlayer can defer rainfall infiltration, that increase salt meltage in soil water, so, sand-layer measure and slag-layer measure both can increase soil desalination rate. In addition, sand-layer measure is better than slag-layer. In evaporation process, sand-layer measure can cut off salt ascendt in under soil, then can decrease accumulation of salt in dry season, and decrease salt return. In contrast, slag have particular structure and composition, it have no obvious function on decreasing accumulation of salt.(3) Sand on the surface can restrain soil evaporation, and also can increase quantity and depth of soil infiltration, it have cushioning action to soil moisture content, especially surface and middle, so sand-cover soil moisture content have low time coefficient of variation.(4) Sand-cover measure can decreases salt ascent along with capillary water, so, in the effect of rainfall,the soil desalt slightly in the whole observation period except August.Because the Soil electrical conductivity is low in the whole period, it have no obvious desalinisation in rainy season.(5) Sequence of the trees increment in different measure is sand-cover measure> interlayer measure> Contrast Check, it shows that interlayer measure and sand-cover measure both can optimize arboreal growing environment, and advance arboreal growth.
