This experiment, using muskmelon(YipintianxiaNo.208) planting in pots as material, respectively studies the effects of 3 different air temperatures and relative air humidity as well as different irrigation amount in the 3 environments mentioned above on the physiological properties, We expect to determine the quality and yield of muskmelon and the best use of nitrogen nd potassium fertilizer under different kinds of temperature and humidity conditions.This experiment is carried out in autumn and spring Msukmelon is used tesed materials, study on the effects of the different fertilization amount of nitrogen and potassium on growth and quality of muskmelon under the three different ventilation environment(TL: ventilation rate 90%, TM: ventilation rate 50%, TT: ventilation rate 10%) by using pot culture. the stem diameter, leaf area and the quality reached the maximum under the conditions of the TT ventilation and moderate fertility (N 13.8 g+K2O 20 g/ plant), and sugar content of the fruit reached the maximum under these condition and high fertility (N 18.4 g+ K2O 25 g/ plant). The soluble solids content of the fruit reached the maximum under the conditions of the TL ventilation and the low fertility (N 13.8 g+ K2O 20 g/ plant), but the content of soluble protein is lowest. The absorption of the K elements showed rising trend under the three ventilation conditions and the three fertilizer treatment in melon,s leaf. The absorption of the N elements showed downward trend under the treatment of the high and low fertility, but it showed rising trend after 45 dyas. In autumn, the yield and quality of msukmelon are improved under the conditions of the fertilizer rate of N 13.8 g+ K2O 20 g/ per plant , the 10% of the small ventilation and the higher daily average temperature.In spring, three kinds of ventilation temperature and humidity index are as follows: TL: daily average temperature 13℃-26℃, relative humidity 56% -81%; TM, daily average temperature 17℃-30℃, relative humidity 68% -92%; TT , daily average temperature 21℃-35℃, relative humidity 71% -79%.In autumn, we add a treatment of maximum fertilizer (N 22.9 g + K2O 39 g / line ) in fertilization. The trends of the plant height and leaf area changes in spring are similar to those in autumn, but the diameter is different from that in autumn. In the TT environment, fertilizer treatments of N in per plant 18.4 g + K2O 25 g are the best for melon stem diameter. Besides, in the TT environment, high fertilizer treatments of N in per plant 22.9 g+ K2O 39 g could make the soluble sugar and vitamin C content in muskmelon fruit reach to the maximum, while middle fertilizer treatments of N in per plant 13.8 g+ K2O 20 g could make the soluble protein content reach to the least. As in the autumn culture, in tt environment, fertilizer treatments of N in per plant 13.8 g + K2O 20 g can make the highest production.
