This experiment, using muskmelon(YipintianxiaNo.208) planting in pots as material, respectively studies the effects of 3 different air temperatures and relative air humidity as well as different irrigation amount in the 3 environments mentioned above on the physiological properties, fruit quality and water use efficiency of muskmelon in solar greenhouse and plastic greenhouse. The results showed:1.For solar greenhouse cultivation, with the same irrigation amount, in the environment with 19℃-33℃daily average temperature and 69%-79% daily average humidity, comparing to that with 14℃-27℃daily average temperature and 60%-85% daily average humidity or that with 16℃-30℃daily average temperature and 65%-90% daily average humidity, single plant yield increased, while the chlorophyll content in muskmelon leaves, vitamin C in muskmelon fruit, total soluble sugar, soluble solids and water use efficiency dropped; the plant kept the suitable growth and photosynthetic leaf area, and that soluble protein and other solid content in the fruit, was relatively higher in the environment with 14℃-27℃daily average temperature and 60%-85% daily average humidity than in all the other ones. Under the same environment, the chlorophyll content in muskmelon leaves, vitamin C in muskmelon fruit, total soluble sugar, soluble solids and water use efficiency all dropped gradually with the increase of irrigation amount. The average internode length and leaf area of the muskmelon rise gradually, the stem diameter was opposite.2. For plastic greenhouse cultivation, with the same irrigation amount, in the environment with 16..5℃-34℃daily average temperature and 56%-95% daily average humidity, comparing to that with 12℃-29℃daily average temperature and 50%-88% daily average humidity or that with 14℃-32℃daily average temperature and 52%-91% daily average humidity, single plant yield increased, while the water use efficiency dropped. The plant kept the suitable growth and photosynthetic leaf area, have the strongest photosynthesis, and that soluble sugar, vitamin C and other solid content in the fruit, was relatively higher in the environment with 14℃-32℃daily average temperature and 52%-91% daily average humidity than in all the other ones. Under the same environment, the stem diameter , the chlorophyll content in muskmelon leaves, vitamin C, total soluble sugar, soluble solids in muskmelon fruit and water use efficiency all were first increase and then decrease ,get the largest in supplying100% evapo-transpiration loss treatment with the increase of irrigation amount. The leaf number, average internode length, leaf area, Leaf temperature cell sap concentration of the muskmelon all rise.3. The water use efficiency and yield in Autumn cultivation of the solar greenhouse is higher in spring cultivation of the plastic greenhouse, while the vitamin C, total soluble sugar, soluble solid is worse than the cultivation in spring..So, during the production management of the muskmelon in protected cultivation, Autumn cultivation in the solar greenhouse keep14℃-27℃daily average temperature , 60%-85% daily average humidity and 100% evapo-transpiration loss; Spring cultivation in plastic greenhouse keep14℃-32℃daily average temperature , 52%-91% daily average humidity and supply100% evapo-transpiration loss is favorable to both muskmelon fruit yield, quality and the water use efficiency , it can be used as technical indexes in greenhouse production management.
