There are approximately 1,000,000 ton sunflower plates every year in our country。Because the sunflower plate's protein content is low, mainly the crude fiber ingredient, and it has the thick traditional Chinese medicine smell, domestic animals reject to eat, people must dub in the massive other ingredients when using, therefore the using amount is very few. The major of sunflower plate still directly return to the field or uses as the fuel, which both creates the environmental pollution and wastes the resource. There are a lot of poultry excrement withdrawal in Our country, but the massive poultry excrement has not obtained the stitch in time, which causes the enormous harm and brings the more serious environment ecology pressure.To improve the environment pollution sunflower plate caused to, develop to it's further application, this experiment has carried on anaerobic fermentation in the laboratory existing condition in view of the sunflower face platethe in medium temperature . Through analyzing various factors' influence on various targets in the testing, searching for sunflower plate's changed rule in the medium anaerobic fermentation, this experiment will provide the powerful reference data for present's further research. The research content and the achievement mainly include the following several aspects:1. In order to study and compare the straw stalk class anaerobic digestion characteristic, using independently designed anaerobic fermentation experiment installs, this experiment respectively takes the sunflower plate, the straw and the beanpole as the fermentation raw material, carries on the single-phase batch anaerobic digestion comparison test at 30℃condition. Through determining the three crops' total biogas production, the methane content and the pH value, the goal is to research the three crops' biogas production potential and characteristic, provide the design variable as well as the research direction for the sunflower plate, the straw and the beanpole in large-scale fermentation . The result indicates: sunflower plate's daily production is the highest, the fermentation starting time is the quickest, while the methane content change is not very stable, it is a good fermentation potential for sunflower plate;2. To study the further different factors influence on sunflower plate anaerobic fermentation characteristic, do some research on sunflower face plate fermentation through the different degree of pulverization, whether or not carring on chemistry pretreatment and the different inoculum density conducts. Through measuring otal biogas production, the methane content and the pH value, discuss the processing method to enables the sunflower face plate anaerobic fermentation achieve the maximum conversion rate, the aim is to analyze various factors thoroughly to the sunflower plate anaerobic fermentation experimental study influence. The result indicates: under 30% conditions, the production effect of the sunflower plate after the apple marc pretreatment's powdery in the inoculum density is better ;3. In order to study and explore the multi-factors influence on sunflower plate anaerobic digestion efficiency, take the density, the inoculum density and raw material allocated proportion as three primary factors, which influence the spirit and the methane content, the range of variation respectively will design as 4~12%,10~30% and 0.2~5. Through the two orthogonal revolving combination test, there will be influence equation and the change curve that three factors influence on various targets, and carries on the equation the examination, optimized, the frequency analysis, the single factor and the double factor analysis and so on. The result indicates: It is different for single factor's influence on biogas production and the methane content; The inoculum density is the most obvious to the two influence, the fermentation density is the next best, raw material allocated proportion are not very obvious; There are certain correlations within various factors, the different two factor mutual influence on biogas production and the methane content is also different. At 30℃, the optimum value of biogas production and it's rate respectively is 26.66L and 73.18%, which corresponds the material fluid density, the temperature and the sludge quantity are: (8.19%,29.12%,23.2) and(8.095%,30.785%,22.9)。...
