Eupatorium adenophorum as an invasive weed, is serious harmful for the ecological environment and biodiversity, so Eupatorium adenophorum will be use for anaerobic fermentation, which provides more test basis for its resource-oriented utilization research. This paper carried out the experiment with Eupatorium adenophorum after pretreatment testing the effect of detoxification, the test with detoxification of Eupatorium adenophorum is being anaerobic fermentation biogas production, no detoxification of Eupatorium adenophorum mixed with pig manure will be anaerobic fermentation biogas production test and biogas slurry applicate in Dendrobium officinale of seedling production test. The results are as follows:(1) On the pretreatment of Eupatorium adenophorum detoxification effect experiment, pretreatment of material before and after detoxification VS change rule overall declining obviously, and the smaller the particle size, the degradation rate of VS is higher; Experimental group 3, that is, add 100 g compound strains of 40 mu Eupatorium adenophorum of the accumulative of gas production, rate of gas, TS and VS gas rate is higher than the rest of the 7 pairs of trials, suggesting that this group of detoxification effect is better than that of the rest of the seven groups.(2) Through orthogonal experiment, we can get Eupatorium adenophorum anaerobic fermentation experiment the optimum conditions for A3B2C2, namely to 40 ℃ fermentation temperature, fermentation concentration was 15% and the inoculum concentration was 30%, the yield of TS gas rate is 415.9 mL·g-1. Affect the biggest reason is that the fermentation temperature, followed by fermentation concentration, affect the smallest is the concentration of the inoculum.(3) Under the condition of fermentation temperature was 40 ℃, fermentation concentration was 15% and the inoculum concentration was 30%, the optimum proportion of Eupatorium adenophorum mixed with pig anaerobic fermentation to produce biogas production was 1:1, and it TS gas rate more than not detoxification Eupatorium adenophorum of 20 ~ 40 mu TS high gas rate of 80%.(4) The mass fraction of 50% of biogas slurry have more influence for stem diameter of Dendrobium officinale, while water soluble fertilizer on the impact of tin of dendrobium stem leaf number is bigger. When the mass fraction of biogas slurry is higher, the more buds increase in the number of Dendrobium officinale. To sum up, the Eupatorium adenophorum of dry 20 ~ 40 mu after detoxification treatment to anaerobic fermentation to produce biogas, its TS gas rate is higher than without detoxification; The dried Eupatorium adenophorum of 1-3 cm of no detoxification of TS gas rate is higher than the detoxification. In order to make no detoxification of 20 ~ 40 mu of Eupatorium adenophorum TS gas rate is higher, we can add a certain proportion of pig mixed anaerobic fermentation. Biogas slurry as anaerobic fermentation residues, applied in the smelting of Eupatorium adenophorum seedlings, can make Eupatorium adenophorum leaf number, stem diameter and the number of bud development. This also provide a reference basis for the future research of biogas slurry of Eupatorium adenophorum applied to Dendrobium officinale seedling test.
