Munage grape is an excellent grape variety with local characteristics in Xinjiang. At present, it is mainly cultivated in Atushi, Xinhe, Alar and other areas in Xinjiang. Its planting area reaches 20000 hm which is 40% of all the grape planting area and it has become the main industry for local fruit growers especially uygur fruit growers to get rich. The prominent problems in the present Munage grape planting are that the fruit loading is so great, the output is so high, that the quality of the fruit is seriously impacted. By doing this research, On one hand, we want to explore the reasonable fruit loading per plant to clarify the relation between keeping reasonable amount of spikes and grapes per plant and the output and quality of the fruit by studying the relation of the amount of fruit spikes per plant and the output and quality of the fruit; on the other hand, we study the effect of bagging on the quality and output of Munage grape. The main research results are following:By studying the fruit negative loading and quality of Munage grape we get the results: The yield is the highest (1778.4-2223 kg / hm) when the fruit spikes are 12-15/plant. If the number of fruit spikes/ plant is over 15, the quality of fruit (weight/grape, weight/spike, content of soluble solid, total sugar, content of titratable acid, sugar/acid, etc.) is obviously down, at the same time, the content of chlorophyll of new sprouts, the growing diameter of new sprouts and the ratio of new sprouts maturation show down trend and that impacts seriously the output and quality of Munage grape in the following year.By studying the bagging of Munage grape we get the results: among the three kinds of bagging (white bags, yellow bags and plastic bags), except bagging yellow bag which slightly lowers the yield, both of the other two can raise the yield and quality of Munage grape, But by generally analyzing the effect of the three kinds of bagging on the output and quality of fruit, we conclude that bagging white bags gets the best general effect which relatively improves greatly both the output and the quality of fruits, thereinto, on the yield aspect, weight/grape and weight/spike are increased by 11.4% and 5.2% respectively compared with CK; on the quality aspect, the content of soluble solid and the sugar/acid are increased by 10.1% and 58.9% respectively compared with CK, furthermore the ratio of fruits damaged by insects or disease is decreased by 53.8% compared with CK; the effect of bagging yellow bag is the next, although the weight/grape and weight/spike are decreased by 0.21% and 2.4% respectively compared with CK, the content of soluble solid and sugar/acid are increased by 2.8% and 29.3% respectively compared with CK and the ratio of fruits damaged by insects or disease is only 1.07% ; the effect of bagging plastic bags is the last, although the weight/grape and weight/spike are increased by 3.5% and 4% respectively compared with CK and the content of soluble solid and sugar/acid are increased by 6.3% and 82.8% respectively compared with CK, the ratio of fruits damaged by insects or disease is 4.9 times of that of CK.
