Based on the five-year growing grape (cv.Red Globe), this experiment studies the effect of eight different fruit bags on the fruiting microenvironments, growth and quality of Red Globe. By determining light transmittance of fruit bags, light intensity, temperature, humidity and light wave inside of the fruit bags; shape index, single grain weight and single spike weight of fruits during its growing process; soluble solids, total soluble sugar, organic acid and vitamin C of fruit; and chlorophyll, carotenoid, total phenol, anthocyanin, flavonoid, L-phenylalanin, L-phenylalanin, ammonialyase, phenylalanine and monomer composition of anthocyanin that relating to fruit coloration, clarify the relationship between the fruit micro-environment and fruit growth and development. It aims to selecting suitable fruit bags that could solve the problem of far-deeping coloration of Red Globe of Ningxia. The results show that:1. The effect of different fruit bags on fruit micro-environment has close relation with the thickness, breathbility, color, material and other aspects of fruit bags. D and E treatment of the PP bags are better for light transmittance, light intensity and temperature difference between day and night. Besides, E treatment can also increase fruit humidity. As for the change of light wave, D and E treatment are both good for transmitting ultraviolet and infrared light.2. Different fruit bags do not necessiarily have effect on fruit shape, but has corelations with light transmittance, temperature difference between day and night. E treatment of the PP bags is conducive to increasing shape index, and has significant effect on grain weight of single fruit and single spike.3. There is positive correlation with breathbility, light transmittance, light intensity of fruit bags to SSC and total soluble sugar of fruit. D and E treatment are better for improving the content of SSC and total soluble sugar, of which D treatment has the highest content. All the bags expect F treatment will reduce the content of organic acid and improve the content of VC.4. The higher the light transmittance and greater light intensity, the more transmittance of ultraviolet and infrared light benefitting the accumulation of the fruit anthocyanin. C and E treatment anthocyanin content of fruit are higher than other treatments. D treatment will reduce anthocyanin content. As for fruit color (chlorophyll, carotenoid, flavonoid), integrated content of D and E treatment is higher than the contrast, and D treatment has the highest content. Thus, D treatment is more suitable for solving the problem of fruit coloration too deep of Red Globe of Ningxia.5. Light transmittance of fruit bags, light intensity, temperature and anthocyanin share a positive correlation with PAL, total soluble sugar of pericarp. The ultraviolet and infrared light is conducive to the synthesis of PAL enzymes.6. Different fruit bags share the same kind of anthocyanin but with different content. The ultraviolet is good for accumulating cyanidin and peonidin. D treatment is conducive to improving the color of fruits.
