This study used the Kexin1, Fovorita, Shapody, Atlantic as material, which researched the changes of the content of dry matter, starch, reducing sugar, vitamin C,soluble-protein,endogenous IAA,ABA,GA,ZR,amylophosphorylase, amylase, invertase, peroxide, polyphenol oxidase, respiratory intensity and relative electivity conductivity of tuber in four different storage conditions and two different storage methods;and the CIPC effects on tuber quality during the storage. The results showed:1 The changes of the content of dry matter, starch, reducing sugar, vitamin C ,soluble protein, endogenous IAA,ABA,GA,ZR, amylophosphorylase, amylase, invertase, Peroxide, polyphenol oxidase respiratory intensity and relative electivity conductivity of tuber were quite similar under four different storage conditions, but the variation scope was different.During the storage, the higher mean temperature and the lower mean air humidity of the storage, the larger decreased the content of dry matter, vitamin C ,soluble protein and ABA in the tubers, the smaller decreased the content of starch and increased the content of reducing sugar; the larger increased the content of IAA,GA,ZR,GA/ABA, amylase, invertase and Peroxide; the smaller increased the content of amylophosphorylase, invertase, polyphenol oxidase and relative electivity conductivity.2 The tubers of Kexin1,Fovorita, Shapody, in the dilly bag were compared with in the woven bag , the decrease of the content of dry matter, starch, vitamin C and soluble protein and the increase of the content of reducing sugar was larger; the increase of amylophosphorylase, invertase, polyphenol oxidase, respiratory intensity and relative electivity conductivity in the tuber was larger; the increase of amylase, peroxide, of the tuber was small.3 After the treatment 2.1g/kg CIPC of the tubers of Kexin1 and Atlantic, the decrease of the content of dry matter, starch, vitamin C and the increase of the content of reducing sugar,GA , the raito of GA/ABA and respiratory intensity were decreased, the germination rate was lower.
