Establishing Dairy Feed Database In Inner Mongolia For Use Of CNCPS

At present Cornell Net Carbohydrate and Protein System (CNCPS) is the most advanced forage evaluation system which is widely applied in the world,and also in large and medium-sized dairy farms in China In recent years. In order to complete the corresponding database of Chinese dairy CNCPS as soon as possible,this study build the Inner Mongolia Dairy CNCPS system database by collecting forage information and determining 23 kinds of nutritional value in CNCPS system according to local conditions1.Set up of forage CNCPS System Database in Inner MongoliaIn this study, 119 species collected from Inner Mongolia are made routine analysis (CP, NDF, DM, FAT, ASH) and CNCPS indicators analysis (ADFIP, NDFIP, SP, NPN, LIGNIN, STARCH, etc.),which is to calculate carbohydrate groups A1, B1, B2 and C, and protein components A, B1, B2, B3 and C with the CNCPS computation formula , so as to build the forage CNCPS System Database in Inner Mongolia and make it easy to guide the production practice.2.Determination of forage protein RDP and RUPWith nylon bags technique and CNCPS formula,to determine the protein degradation rates,and then calculate the degradation rate constant kd1, kd2 and kd3 of protein B components (B1, B2, B3) in forage protein,and calculate RDP and RUP at the same time. It more specifically describes the forage's degradation and digestion conditions in stomach and small intestine and the dynamic degradation process.3.Optimization dietary with CNCPSSelect the Medium-term lactation cows to do the test animals and with the similar parity,weight and age ,ten in each group .The results showed that optimization group 1 and group 2 increase milk by 2kg and 1kg each day, save feed costs 2.61 Yuan and 3.12 Yuan each day per cow, and increase earnings 9.41 Yuan and 6.61 Yuan each day per cow.
