This paper mainly studies the genetic diversity of the agronomic characters , root tip chromosomes pressing the slide and their ssr molecular markers of twenty-seven avenas. Through the test of reliable data,it revealed genetic diversity of germplasm resources, and detailed understanding the genetic distance of these germplasm resources .The main results were showed as follows:1.We studied four main agronomic traits investigation, analysis and research of avenas germplasm resources and tiller number, the effective panicles, panicles length and plant height. Four characters variation degree are high in avenas germplasm resources, especially the tiller number of variation coefficient was of the widest, the range of the tiller number was 0-82.43%.The range of the effective panicles was10.5-20.97, and coefficient of variation was 20.11-50.79%. Four main agronomic traits of twenty-seven avenas germplasm resources, they existed significant difference.Based on the principal component analysis of four major agronomic characters,it showed that: the characters of the effective panicles number and longer panicles germplasm resources were the most valuable in avenas germplasm resources.Through the clustering analysis, twenty-seven avenas germplasm resources were obviously divided three groups: eleven avenas germplasm resources was 39.29% of avenas germplasm resources in the first group; the second group was 7.14% and fifteen avenas germplasm resources was 53.57% in the third group.2.Through root tip chromosomes pressing the slide of avenas germplasm resources,it showed that: twenty-seven avenas germplasm resources were divided into two groups.one was tetraploid and the accounts of 77.78%; another was hexaploid and the accounts of 22.22% in twenty-seven avenas germplasm resources.3.This avenas germplasm resources were analysised of genetic diversity by using the SSR molecular markers. The result that: From 30 random primers, 13 critical primers were screened and gained. This study gained 74 polymorphic DNA fragments in 85 DNA fragments, the ratio of polymorphic DNA fragments was 87.06% .This primers amplificated 5-12 DNA fragments, every primer average amplificated 6.53 DNA fragments, Each primers could detect 5.69 polymorphic points. Through clustering analysis, genetic distances of twenty-seven avenas germplasm resources were divided three groups: the first group was 81.48%; the second group was11.11%; the third group was 7.41% in avenas germplasm resources.
