In this paper,the F2:3 mapping population was assembled by using the cross of (Zhong9018×CCRI45) which are the descendants of excellent new insect-resistant hybrid cotton cultivar CCRI66.In Changjiang River basin, CRI66 has a high yield performance. The population and the SSR molecular maker were used to construct the linkage maps.The QTL analyses for yield-related and fiber quality traits in F2:3 populations were performed using the software of Composite Interval Mapping (CIM) method of WinQTLCartographer2.5 and QTLNetwork version 2.0 based on the mixed linear model.Quantitative trait loci (QTL) mapping of fiber quality and yield traits could be very helpful in revealing the genetic basis of genetic relationships among the main characters, and increase the effeciency of cotton breeding.In the present study,6753 SSR primer pairs were used to screen the polymorphic primers between Zhong9018 and CCRI45,and 125 polymorphic primer pairs were obtained for the two parents.The polymorphic primer pairs were used to genotype the 219 individual plants of F2;3 population and 193 loci were obtained,With the software of Joinmap3.0 with LOD of 4.0, Linkage test indicated that 127 loci could be mapped to 33 linkage groups , which covered a total genetic distance of 1396.2cM , approximately 31.0% of cotton genome. 33 linkage groups were assigned to corresponding chromosome.Based on Composite Interval Mapping (CIM) method of WinQTLCartographer2.5, the result showed that 10 QTLs for fiber quality and 10 QTLs for yeild were detected in F2 :3 populations.These QTLs conclude 1 for Plant height , 1 for Lint percentage , 1 for Lint index, 3 for Boll size,2 for Seed-cotton yield(10/15),1 for Seed-cotton yield(11/15),1 for Seed-cotton yield,3 for Fiber length ,1 for Uniformity ,2 for Micronaire ,1 for Fiber Elongation ,and 3 for Fiber strength. There are no same QTLs in two enviorments.7 additive QTLs and 13 pairs of epistatic QTLs were detected by the software QTLNetwork version 2.0 based on the mixed linear model. There are 1 additive QTLs and 5 pairs of epistatic QTLs have G×E interaction.In the 15 QTLs for yield-related which detected by two methods,8 favorable alleles originate from donor parent. In the 12 QTLs for fiber quality which detected by two methods,8 favorable alleles originate from donor parent.The results may be used in subtle QTL mapping , utilizaion of cotton heterosis and prepar materials for subsequent research.
