In this article the pure and mixed plantation of Fokienia hodginsii and Michelia macclurei were reserched. The main research are as follows: Distribution of carbon storage in Fokienia hodginsii and Michelia macclurei, Carbon storage of pure plantation with low and high number density, Carbon storage of mixed plantation with different mixed ratio. They were used to evaluate the carbon sequestration function and provide reference for forest intensive management. The main results are as follows:1,The carbon concentration of each organ of Fokienia hodginsii showed: Trunk>Root>Leaf>Bark>Branch, the carbon concentration of each organ of Michelia macclurei showed: Leaf>Root>Trunk>Branch>Bark. The carbon concentration of entire Fokienia hodginsii is 50.20%, which is bigger than the carbon concentration of Michelia macclurei (49.13%). The carbon concentration of entire vegetable layer showed: tree layer>shrub layer>herb layer.2,The carbon storage of each organ of Fokienia hodginsii showed: Trunk>Root>Leaf>Bark>Branch, the carbon storage of each organ of Michelia macclurei showed: Trunk>Root>Branch>Bark>Leaf. The carbon storage of Michelia macclurei aboveground in total is 82.0%,and the underground in total is 18%. The carbon storage of Michelia macclurei aboveground in total is 79.6%,and the underground in total is 20.4%. The carbon storage of soil layer mainly gather in the surface(0-20cm), the occupancy rate is 43.52% to 49.05%. The carbon storage of forest ecosystem showed: soil layer>tree layer>undergrowth vegetation layer.3,The proportion of Michelia Macclurei branch carbon storage in its total carbon storage is larger than Fokienia hodginsii branch. The carbon storage of branch and leaf concentrate two thirds of the height. 4,The carbon storage of pure plantation ecosystem in low number density is more than high number density. Meanwhile the carbon storage of tree layer, Shrub layer, herb layer and litter layer in low number density is more than high number density. As the number of Michelia macclurei in mixed plantation increase, the carbon storage of mixed plantation in tree layer increase.5,During pure and mixed Fokienia hodginsii,Michelia Macclurei, the ecosystem carbon storage of mixture is biggest of all, and the ecosystem carbon storage of pure Fokienia hodginsii is smallest of all.The carbon storage of mixture plantation is 1.104 times as more as the carbon storage of pure plantation Fokienia hodginsii, which is 1.057 times as more as the carbon storage of pure plantation Michelia macclurei.
