Study Of The Hyopneumoniae Infection Situation Pig Blood In A Distrinct Shanghai

Test the mycoplasma hyopneumoniae antibody levels of 368 pig blood samples of 9 towns in a certain distrinct of Shanghai by using the way of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The result showed out that the infection-positive rate was 28.5%, the proportion of antibody-negative was 71.5%. The positive rate of pigs in farm was 32.6% and one in group feeding was 26.3%. All these results proved that the coverage of mycoplasma hyopneumoniae immunization was still not quite wide and the situation of infection is relatively serious. Pig mycoplasma pneumonia was still one of the biggest problem for pig feeding. It is still needed to strengthen the control of the disease prevention. So, on the base of epidemiological survey, this report analyze the control technology of the disease and set down a set of control method for this area.
