Anji Baicha is a natural mutant tea plant (Camellia sinensis), which was discovered in the Zhejiang Anji. The specificity mainly when new shoots sprouting leaves leaf color reversible albescent in the spring. During the albescent process of the rapid decline in chlorophyll content and amino acid content increased significantly. This paper clones full-length cDNA Genes involved in high level of expression and prokaryotic expression. The main research results can be listed as follows:1. CHSP gene from Anji Baicha green leaves high express was full-lenth cDNA cloned.5'RACE reaction of cDNA obtains 229 bp sequences and 3'RACE reaction of cDNA obtains 1743 bp sequences, after putting 2 fragments together, the full-length cDNA 1939 bp.2. After ORF analysis to CHSP gene full-length cDNA by NCBI and DNAStar, CHSP max ORF from 208 to 1558 bp predict a 459-amino-acid polypeptide. It was cloned into expression vector and induced prokaryotic expression. The result shows molecular weight of expression protein the same as prediction.3. UAE gene from Anji Baicha albescent leaves high express was full-lenth cDNA cloned.5'RACE reaction of cDNA obtains 916 bp sequences and 3'RACE reaction of cDNA obtains 2965 bp sequences, after putting 2 fragments together, the full-length cDNA 3764 bp.Through the study, it can settle foundment of further research Anji Baicha CHSP,UAE expression of different develop period and part.
