Soil carbon, a key component of ecosystem carbon budgets, is the largest carbon pool of forest ecosystems in high latitude regions. Based on remote sensing and measured data, Combination of remote sensing and GIS technology, In this paper, we discussed the effectiveness of screening with a cross-variable by VIP≥1 and using partial least squares(PLS) regression to build a model for estimating surface soil organic carbon of burned area. The results showed that:K-Tl, K-T2, TM2, TM4, and TM5/TM4 have a larger contribution to the model, its VIP values were 1.5116,1.1915,1.3545,1.2242,1.4275, The Tasseled Cap's contribution rate to the first two components is higher than the original TM2 and TM4, and the contribution of ratio wave bands is higher than the single wave band.We generated classification map of soil organic carbon (SOC) content (g.kg-1), found that in the 150-200g.kg-1 and 200-250g.kg-1 of soil organic carbon to the total estimated maximum proportion of soil organic carbon were 23% and 23.58%. The map could predict the distribution of SOC very well; We build the fire intensity level map, the mean of soil organic carbon content showed that: high intensity>moderate intensity>light intensity, different from other study, The soil organic carbon content May be due to sampling time interval or the vegetation itself causes metabolic effects. This study estimated the surface soil organic carbon density and storage, the results show that the burned area of surface soil organic carbon's density and storage:high fire intensity>moderate fire intensity>light fire intensity. We come to the surface in burned an average density of soil organic carbon was 12.53kg/m3, the total burned area was 15.24×106m2, soil organic carbon storage was 20.24x106kg/m3, fire released the surface soil organic carbon was 2.99×106kg about. Both the soil organic carbon of control plot and the burned area were higher than 10.48kg/m3 on brown forest soil lower than 18.70kg/m3 on meadow soil of Wei-Xia Sun and so in Heilongjiang Province.
