Cordyceps sinensis (Berk)Sacc is a famous and precious Chinese traditional medicine which is one of the top three valuable tonic together with Radix Ginseng and Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum. A large number of existing researches showed that the anamorph of Cordyceps sinensis is Hirsutella sinensis. In this study, the culture of Anamorph of Cordyceps sinensis was discussed because of its expense and rare resources, while the Cordycepin in fermented mycelia and natural Cordyceps sinensis was tested. We also tested the infection of mycelia on hepialidae larvae and discussed on the comprehensive utilization of waste solution after liquid-state fermentation. The results of the nitrogen source experiment showed that Hirsutella sinensis has best absorption and utilization on pupa of Tenebrio Molitor. After 80 days, both diameter of colony and weight achieve the best. Absorb the minimum on Soybean peptone, but still higher than the control group which had no nitrogen source. We can see that nitrogen is the essential living elements of Hirsutella sinensis, and the utilization ratio on animal nitrogen is higher than that on plant nitrogen. In these case, we can presume that Hirsutella sinensis caused some kind of resilience in the the process of long-term parasitic in hepialidae larvae, and it may have good utilization ratio on protein of underground insects such as Holotrichia diomphalia and Agrotis sp.Cordycepin is one of the major active substrate in Cordyceps sinensis. Through the determination of cordycepin in several artificial liquid-state fermentation mycelium and natural Cordyceps sinensis, we can find that the content of cordycepin in fermentation mycelium is slightly lower than that in natural Cordyceps sinensis, but there is no significant difference between them. When the natural Cordyceps sinensis sources couldn't fulfil the needs of people, the artificial fermentation mycelium of Hirsutella sinensis could be considered to instead the natural.Use the waste solution after liquid-state fermentation of Hirsutella sinensis to fed on Tenebrio Molitor, survey the emergence rate, emergence uniformity, egg laying amount and hatchability. The results showed that with the waste solution after liquid-state fermentation of Hirsutella sinensis, the indicators, such as the emergence rate, the emergence uniformity, the egg laying amount and the hatchability of Tenebrio Molitor are better than that without it. We can see that there are available nutriment in the waste solution of fermentation, the other effective utilization approach still have to be further researched.Orthogonal tests with four factors and three levels were applied for the study. Establish the excellent condition suitable for culture Hirsutella sinensis and explore the possibility of artificial sporocarp. The results showed that the best condition is using hepialidae larvae as nitrogen source (the addition volume of fresh insects is 40g/L), soil leaching liquor of provenance as water source, the ralative humidity of the atmosphere is 65%, but there's no stroma after 80 days.According to the possible ways for bat moth larvae infection under natural conditions, orthogonal tests with four factors (soil particle size, the treatment of larva, the treatment of feed and the treatment of soil) and three levels were applied for the study. Established the excellent method suitable for infection, tried to explore the epigamous of half-artificial cordyceps sinensis. The results showed that the cadaver rate of the bat moth larvae achieved the highest when the soil particle size was 0.55mm, the surface of larvae was treated by mycelium suspension, added mycelium in soil and cultured for 30d. There is no significant effection between add and no mycelium on cadaver rate. The most significant facts which affect cadaver rate was the soil particle size, the cadaver rate was high in big soil particle size, it's mainly because the big soil particle size can cause micro-trauma to the body surface of larvae, so that the mycelium can parasitic on larvae more easily. Treated the surface of larvae by mycelium suspension and added mycelium in soil could increase the chance of contact between mycelium and larvae, and it can also raise the cadaver rate. There are no stroma on cadaver after 30 days.
