The ability for the chlamydospore production of three Trichoderma strains kept in the laboratory, which were T3(Trichoderma longibrachiatum), T33 (T.aureoviride) and Cornell strain (T.koningii) was compared. The result indicated that T3 was much better than other two strains for the chlamydospore production. Using the T3 strain, the fermentation of chlamydospore production, germination, storge time, chlamydospore Wettable Powder development and effects against the capsicum damping-off were studied.The research on the conditions of chlamydospore production in the liquid fermentation showed that chlamydospore formation temperature range 25℃-30℃,best temperature was 28℃. the surge speed 140r/min was conducive to proper chlamydospore formation, in the case of 0 speed almost did not produce any chlamydospores, in order to obtain the best combination of the important single factors, the orthogonal test of temperature, pH and surge speed was made. The result showed that best combination of screening test:25℃, pH5,160r/min.However, the impacts of these three factors to chlamydospore producing were:speed>temperature> pH.The germination of chlamydospore under the different conditions was tested with the methods of water agar strip on the side. The effects of light, spore mature condition and liquid media on the germination were not different significant, more than 80% of the germination were made at each treatment of these factors 8hours later. Best chlamydospore germination temperature range was 25℃-30℃. Chlamydospore germination rate under the dark conditions better than the light conditions. Chlamydospore between the pH2-pH10 could germinate, but germination rate under acidic conditions better than under alkaline conditions. The best germination pH range was pH3-pH7. It was good for chlamydospore germination in high humidity environment.Chlamydospore slurry drying was carried, Chlamydospore slurry before drying the proportion of 7:1 with the carrier, dried weight of about 0.34:1, chlamydospore powder content of about 25%, drying temperature was 45℃, drying time about 7-8h. Chlamydospore wettable powder on the diatomaceous earth type, the type of wetting agent, the amount of wetting agent, the type of dispersant, the amount of dispersant such as the single factor of the filter, the results of single factor were Carrier:Diatomaceous earth, wetting agent:Sodium doclecyl Sulfate 4%, dispersing agent:NNO 4%, saponins powder 9%. Orthogonal experiment after Single factor choosing.The result composition of wettable powder:chlamydospore powder:20%, Sodium doclecyl Sulfate 5%, NNO:4%, saponins powder:7%.Chlamydospore Wettable Powder on quality inspection, were up to international standards:the wetting time was 52s, the total suspension was 78.66%,80% spore suspension, water content was 2.21%. fineness was 98% over 200 mesh sieve.The storage experiment of chlamydospore indicated that, in each gram of pure chlamydospore powder, chlamydospore slurry and chlamydospore wettable powder, the quantify of chlamydospore and the germination rate of chlamydospore decreased by storage time increasing. The number of pure chlamydospore powder stored at 4℃about 1.8×108 spores/g after 8mouth latter, the germination rate was 65.3%; The number of chlamydospore Wettable Powder stored at 4℃about 1.1×108spores/g after 8mouth latter, germination rate was 53.1%.Chlamydospores Wettable Powder and bran culture of T-3 could promote seeding emergence of capsicum. The disease investigation showed bran culture of Trichoderma and chlamydospore Wettable powder had better biocontrol effects against the capsicum damping-off disease.
