| In recent years,the rapid spread and prevalence of apple diseases,the development of China’s apple industry has been severely constrained,and the environmental and food safety problems brought about by traditional chemical control have become increasingly serious,and the promotion and application of biopesticide research and application in the country has been emphasized.Therefore,it is urgent to develop new biological pesticides that are highly effective in controlling apple diseases.In this study,the preparation process,optimization,development and control evaluation of the wettable powder of T.longibrachiatum T6 strain,and the synergistic control of T.longibrachiatum T6 and B.amyloliquefaciens TS-1203 for apple spotted leaf disease and anthracnose leaf blight.The role study aims to provide a theoretical basis for the biological control of apple diseases.The results obtained are as follows:1.The mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the effects of different carriers and adjuvants on the mycelial growth and sporulation of T.longiflorum T6strain,and the formulation and additives were optimized.The results showed that the optimal formula was:the amount of conidia(10%),the dispersing agent was sodium lignosulfonate(5%),and the adhesive was xanthan gum(0.05%).The wetting agent was sodium lauryl sulfate(0.6%),the spore germination promoter is zinc sulfate(0.1%),the UV protective agent is carbon black(0.3%),and the carrier is talc(100%supplement).Under this formula,T.longiflorum T6 wettable powder had the best control effect on Alternaria alternate and Apple Glomerella Leaf Spot,which were 80.63%and 93.75%.2.The development of T.longiflorum T6 wettable powder has good fluidity,98%passed through 200 sieve,the suspension rate is 82.66%,the water content is≦2%,the pH is 8.5,the foaming property is 18 mL,the wetting time is 41s,and after heat storage,there was no agglomeration and bag up,the spore germination was normal,and the number of viable bacteria was 11.66×10~7 cfu/mL.The indexes were basically consistent with the national quality standards.T.longiflorum T6 wettable powder treatment of Alternaria alternate and Apple Glomerella Leaf Spot showed hysteresis,distortion,swelling,fracture and protoplast agglutination.At the same time,T.longiflorum T6 wettable powder 1000 times solution had significant inhibitory effect on spore germination of two pathogenic bacteria,and its inhibition rate against spore germination of Alternaria alternate was 80.32%,and the inhibition rate of spore germination of Apple Glomerella Leaf Spot was 92.09%.3.The synergistic effect of T.longiflorum T6 and B.amyloliquefaciens TS-1203compound fermentation broth on Alternaria alternate was determined by mycelial growth rate method.The results showed that compared with the fermentation broth of T.longiflorum T6 and B.amyloliquefaciens TS-1203,the compound fermentation broth had a significant synergistic effect on the control of Alternaria alternate.After 7days of treatment,the inhibitory rate of T.longiflorum T6 and B.amyloliquefaciens TS-1203 was 93.88%,and the optimal inhibitory concentration was 0.04 g/mL.The optimal ratio of liquid was 3:1,while the bacteriostatic rate of single fermentation strain of T.longissima T6 was 81.80%,and the inhibition rate of B.amyloliquefaciens TS-1203 fermentation broth was 75.82%. |
