Excessive application of chemical fertilizers will gradually decrease the quality of cultivated land, soil compaction, crop yield reduction and cause very serious environmental pollution. The cooperation of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer reasonable can improve soil environment, and raise chemical fertilizer utilization rationally, save the cost of investing, and improving the crop output effectively. This paper as Heinong54 for trying materials, the effect of different proportion combined application of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer on soybean agricultural property yield and quality were studied under the field condition. The main result as follows:1. The greatest impact of the soybean plant growth is organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer by 50% of the mixed application. Compared with no fertilizer reached a significant level, the proportion of conventional fertilizer and other organic fertilizer, the plant height, pod number, number, weight, also reached a significant level.2. Different proportions of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer can increase in the number of nodules and plant growth, thereby increasing production. The number of root nodules deal with organic manure and chemical fertilizers by 50% of the mixed fertilizer more than 16.7 without fertilization and more than 8.4 compared with regular fertilization. The fresh weight of the plant increase of 74.1% compared with no fertilizer, increased 62.6% compared with conventional fertilization when the organic manure and chemical fertilizer usage by 50% of mixed fertilizer. The number of root nodules has little change if 100% application of organic fertilizer or fertilizer 100% applied. Excessive application of organic fertilizer soybean root nodule number and fresh weight of the plant increase was not obvious.3. Organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer applied in different proportions with a significant increase in grain yield of soybean. The highest yield is organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer by 50% of the mixed application, more than 44.7% compared with no fertilizer,32.2% compared with conventional fertilizer. Excessive application of organic fertilizer (150%,200%), soybean grain yield increase was not obvious.4. With the increase of the proportion of organic fertilizer, the protein content, total of protein and fat (protein plus oil) increased, the fat content decreased correspondingly. When applying 100% organic fertilizer, the total of protein and fat was increased by 0.46 percentage points than no fertilizer and increased by 0.28 percentage points than conventional fertilizer application. It is not observable that use amount of organic fertilizer with high quality soybean compared to conventional fertilizer application (100%).
