Taxus yunnanensis is the primacy protection plant at the national level and the international expert of pinaster identified of the endangered species.It is mainly distributing in China's western Yunnan, northwest Yunnan, southwest, Yunnan in western Sichuan, southeastern Tibet and other places. Due to wide distribution of Taxus, rich in resources, high content of Taxol,and it has been become the main material forest species,now hans been developed of large area in Yunnan, Sichuan, Chongqing, Tibet and other provinces (cities, districts). Taxol is the most anti-cancer activity of natural compounds, which has been more than 40 countries for the treatment of many types of cancer, which has very important medicinal value and high economic value. On the one hand, paclitaxel is currently the world's most recognized the most effective and side effects of anticancer drugs; the other hand, yew wood precious, beautiful tree type, very ornamental.Therefore, to enhance physiological and ecological studies of Taxus can not only provide for the conservation of Taxus important theoretical reference, but also for the cultivation of Taxus and large-scale production of raw materials forests provide technical guidance, and therefore have important socio-economic value. This pot experiment in different conditions, environmental factors, mainly about light and nutrient treatment, on the growth of Taxus, dry biomass accumulation, photosynthesis physical activity,and the synthesis and accumulation of paclitaxel,the Research has been carried out for one year. And the result showed that:The influence of the growth of taxus of Taxus yunnanensis in the nitrogen,phosphorus,pot assium treatment,and which is the most important role in promoting is the nitrogen.At the same time, over concentration and high concentration of nitrogen supply is not conducive to the gro wth of seedlings, and only moderate levels of nitrogen supply will make its growth.The influen ce on seedlings of Taxus in the light quality and light intensity treatment:Blu-ray treatment can promote the growth of its height, but the negative growth of its ground diameter; red light treat ment can promote the growth of its ground diameter, yellow light treatment can promote the gr owth of its crown and branches. Moderate shade can promote the growth of seedlings, but low and heavy shade will inhibit growth.In the nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium are three elements on photosynthesis of seedlings of Taxus impact:modest supply of nitrogen elements can enhance the activity in seedlings, high levels of notrogen supply can reduce seedling photo-inhibition; high concentrations of phosphorus elements supply could increase their photosynthetic activity, but also can make the light saturation point increased. In the light quality and light intensity on photosynthesis in Yunnan yew seedlings physiological effects:light quality changes and the shade will reduce the Photosynthetic activity, shade reduces the activity in seedlings of Taxus. But the view from the maximum net photosynthetic rate, moderate shade can increase the seedlings of Taxus Pmax; while heavy shade can increase the AQY of Taxus yunnanensis, thereby enhancing their ability to use low light. But overall, severe shading of photosynthetic activity is not conducive to the enhancement of Taxus. Blu-ray will significantly reduce the photosynthetic activity of seedlings, red light can increase the seedlings of Taxus Pmax and AQY, yellow can increase their LSP.In the nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium are three elements on the seedlings of Taxus paclitaxel synthesis and accumulation:nitrogen elements can significantly promote the improvement of their taxol content, phosphorus and potassium elements in their taxol content of certain promotion, but overall to that role is not too large. On the nutrients of Taxus, whether the supply of nitrogen elements, or elements of both phosphorus and potassium to be the basis of their basic needs, and if their concentration exceeds a certain amount of supply will inhibited synthesis and accumulation of taxol. In the light of the seedlings of Taxus paclitaxel content aspcts:light quality treatments on the stems and branches and leaves no significant effect on taxol content, but yellow can significantly increase the content of the roots of taxol. Meanwhile, the shade can make the whole seedlings of Taxus paclitaxel was reduced, but not to yield.
