| Cryptosporidiosis is an important zoonontic parasitic disease , there are 21 valid species, there are most important three zoonontic species Cryptosporidium hominis,C. meleagridis and C. parvum .The genotyping and subtype analysis was less in China , so the following experiments were conducted to provide more information of risk assessment of Cryptosporidium in the domestic poultry and dairy .In order to understand the prevalence of intestinal parasites in inpatients in Zhengzhou, especially the epidemiologic status of zoonotic parasites. 4,836 fecal specimens were detected by Sheather's sugar flotation, formalin-ethyl acetate-modified acid-fast staining and Lugol's iodine-solution staining methods. Six intestinal parasite species were discovered and the overall infection rate was 1.3%. It was 0.5% that the infection rate of the prevalence of Cyclospora cayetanensis in Humans. The infection percentage of Giardia, Strongylidae and Hookworm was 0.2%, respectively . The infection rate of Pinworm and Lumbricus was 0.1%. There was one case of mulitiple infections, and the infections rate was 0.05%. The infection rate of intestinal parasites in patients in Zhengzhou city was lower, however, the cases of opportunistic pathogenicity protozoa were increased, more further health education is needed to do to elevate self health protection idea and capability, so to prevent the development and prevalence of parasitic disease. To further understand the prevalence of intestinal parasites in quail in zheng zhou and Wuzhi Henan Province,1360 fecal samples from 19 quail farms in zheng zhou and Wuzhi were collected and examined by the Sheather'S sugar flotation technique and the modified acid-fast staining method from September 2008 to April 2009.The results showed that the quail infected five kinds intestinal parasites and overall infection rate was 98.3% , The infection rate of quail coccidia was 97.2%, The infection rate of Cryptosporidium was 6.3%, The infection rate of Strongylidae , Lumbricus Capillariasis was 23.2%, 2.1% 1.2% respectively. The results showed that the infection rate of intestinal parasites in quail in Zhengzhou andWuzhi was Generally and severely, It was higher than that the infection rate of different ages?, we should strengthen the prevention and control quails parasitic diseasas, so to prevent the development and prevalence of parasitic disease. To further understand the prevalence of intestinal parasites in special avian in zheng zhou, Xuchang and Pingdingshan of Henan Province,450 fecal samples were collected and examined from December 2008 to October 2009.The results showed that the special avian infected five kinds intestinal parasites and overall infection rate was 84.4% , The infection rate of coccidia was 72.4%, The infection rate of Cryptosporidium was 2.7%, The infection rate of Capillariasis ,Strongylidae and Lumbricus was 10.9%,18.2% and 12.4%, respectively. There were 378 positive samples, and in that of 143 were the mulitiple infections of two or more parasitic infections. It positive rate was 37.8%. The survey results showed that the infection rate of intestinal parasites in special avian was higher .We should strengthen the prevention and control the special avian s parasitic diseasas, so to prevent the development and prevalence of parasitic disease, and increase economic efficiency and reduced losses. To further understand the prevalence of Cryptosporidium species in special avian, 86 quail fecal specimensand 12 special avian fecal specimens were collected. The species of Cryptosporidium in microscopy- positive specimens were further identified by PCR and sequence analysis of the small subunit rRNA, two Cryptosporidium species were identified, including C. meleagridis and C.baileyi. We acquired C.baileyi in quail, Yuanbao chicken, Guifei chicken and whitc grouse, and acquired C. meleagridis in quail, turkey and pigeon. In order to understand the prevalence of intestinal parasites in less than three months old calves of a dairy farm zhengzhou,381 newborn calves were rearing invested from August 2008 to November 2009.The infection rate of coccidia was 49.9%, The infection percentage of Giardia, Cryptosporidium, Cyclospora,Strongylidae and Lumbricus was 31%, 26.2%, 4.7%, was 23.2% and 0. 3%, respectively. The genotypes and subtypes of Cryptosporidium in microscopy- positive specimens were further identified by PCR and sequence analysis of the small subunit rRNA and the 60 kDa. Four Cryptosporidium species were identified, including C. hominis, C. parvum, C. bovis and C. ryanae. We acquired one isolate C. hominis, belong to C. hominisâ… b subtype family, namedâ… bA20G2, and 61 isolates C. parvum, belong to C. parvumâ…¡d subtype family, namedâ… b subtype family, namedâ…¡dA19G1 . |
