We have approached the influence that restricting feed to the deaths total rate, immune organ, flood biochemical indicator and the structural of intestinal tract of AA young chicken for meat through restricting food for 30%.In this study,150 health young chicken have been chosen and randomed(one series of feed free, one energy confined and amount of feed confined),the amount of the confine for the two groups are all 70%.the finding indicate that the deaths of total rate of the two groups of energy confined are lower predominance than that of the group for feed free(P<0.05); the spleens'index of the group for energy confined are higher than the other groups and the difference is predominance(P<0.01), And the difference between the two groups of feed free and feed confined is quiet; the difference of the weigh of the bursa between the two groups of energy confined and feed free is predominance(P<0.05) and its so predominance between amount of feed confined and feed free(P<0.01),the bursa of the group of feed free is weighest but the index of bursa has no predominance difference in the three groups; the content of insulin has no predominance difference between the two groups of feed free and energy confined; the activity of SOD has been boost greatly by restricting feed(P<0.05),and the group of energy confined is lower greatly than that the group of feed free about the content of the MDA in blood plasma(p<0.05).The content of the ACP in blood plasma has no predominance difference between the two groups of energy confined and feed free, but its lower in the group of energy confined than the other group. the activity of the AKP has predominance difference between the two groups and it is higher greatly in the group of feed free than that of the group of energy confined(p<0.01).the activity of the POD also has predominance difference between this two groups(p<0.05) and it's higher greatly in the group of feed free than that of the group of energy confined. The consequence of this study indicate that the intestinal villi of the young chicken can become longer by restricting feed, the depth of the crypt can become light and the ratio on the longth of the villi to the depth of the crypt can become bigger, the ratio of diarrhea on the chicken can be cut down, so make the chicken grow faster than ever.
