Study on the seed production's characteristis of hybrid rice three-line sterili ZI100A,41 A,280A (Ⅱ-32A as a control) and restorer of RB207-1 and as well the seed technology on Tyou 353 and fengyuanyou299,and the results obtained as follows:1. Parents are different, their types of characteristics of seed production is different.Duration of Zi100A from sowing to beginning of ear is 67d,the average number of total leaves is 12.88. Duration of Fan3A andⅡ-32A from sowing to beginning of ear is 77d, the average number of total leaves about Fan3A is 14.22, the average number of total leaves aboutⅡ-32A is 14. Duration of 280A and 41A from sowing to beginning of ear is 78d, the average number of total leaves about 280A is 14.43, the average number of total leaves aboutⅡ-32A is 14.33. Duration of restorer lines of rice RB207-1 from sowing to beginning of ear is 97d,the average number of total leaves is 14.88. Heading durations about each male sterile line as follows:9,9,8,7,9d. Heading duration about restorer lines of rice RB207-1 is 9d.Flowering durations about each male sterile line as follows:12,11,11,9,12d.Peak flowering of RB207-1 is 8d.Florescence rate of each male sterile line and restorer line as follows:88.84%,79.32%,89.78%,88.84%,96.35%。Stigma rate of each male sterile line is 83.4%,88.6%,86.5%,65.2%,71.6%;stigma length up to Zi100A,stigma length in decreasing order:Ⅱ-32A,Fan3A,41A,280A;stigma width of the widest isⅡ-32A, stigma width in decreasing order:Fan3A,41A,280A,Zi100A;highest number of stigma branch is 280A and 41A,stigma branch number in decreasing order: Fan3A,Ⅱ-32A,Zi100A.2. Ecological conditions on seed production greatly. In the same fertility level and management of seed production of Tyou353, Female parent of hybrid rice in the mountains have a shorter flowering and high rate of bilateral exposure stigma; pollen counts increase,better-developed pollen,stronger activity. Outcrossing rate of T98A in the mountains is 11.3 percentage points higher than that in the plain, theoretical yield is 29.2 percentage points higher than that in the plain. Rate of self fertility of R353 in the mountains is 24.56% higher than that in the plain. The results can be excellent for seed production of Tyou353 reasonable arrangements provide the basis for the ecological environment. 3. Appropriate application of potassium fertilizer on seed production greatly. Adding the female parent (fengyuanA) of young spike of pure potassium VI 3 kg/mu,basal is 5 kg /mu, Adding base fertilizer than non-treatment of panicles per plant increased by 2 spike, grain number per panicle increased seven outcrossing rate of 8.27 percent fertilization, seed setting rate of five percent, an increase of 88.15 kg/mu; Adding pure potassium 6 kg /mu of handling more than one ear per plant spikes, more grains per panicle 2, fertilization and outcrossing rate of 3.97 percent,2.45 percentage points higher than solid, yield 36.78 kg/mu. Shows the application of potassium fertilizer have some scope to basal 5 kg/mu, young spikeⅥ3 kg of fertilizer/acre is appropriate.4. Appropriate application of "Quinquela" on seed production greatly. Spraying "Quinquela"in the female parent 5% to 10% heading, application "Quinquela" all deal with than the omission of "Quinquela" of the control group, the total exposure rate of stigma, Application of 300g/mu treatment rate of stigma and unilateral total exposed exposed, the rate was 85.55%,69.55%, respectively, higher than the control 28.78,28.78 percentage points. Spikelets of the rate as "Quinquela" decreases with increasing application rate of decline of 6.19 percentage point. Application of 300g/mu yield of up to 293.05 kg/mu, was increased by 67.39 kg/mu, that spraying flowering stage in the female parent "Quinquela" Growing Flowers yield significantly.
