As Korean pine forest in eastern Heilongjiang Province the research object, on the premise of the analysis on various common structure indicators of Korean pine forest, using 0-1 integer programming theory, considering the mixed degree of diversity, competition index and the aggregation index as constraints, selection cutting spatial optimization model of natural Korean pine forest was established. The results showed that: (1) The average mixed degree of natural Korean pine forest was above 0.5 degree, the highest one was nearly 1.0. The proportion of zero degree and mild mixed of natural Korean pine forest was small, while middle, intensity and strongly intensity mixed degree had a large proportion.(2) Results showed that intraspecific and interspecific competition intensity of Korean pine were 18%,82% of total competition intensity, respectively. Hence, competition pressure of Korean pine mainly came from interspecies rather than intraspecies. The relationship between DBH and CI for competitive tree of Korean pine was negative power function and the competitive intensity decreased gradually as DBH increasing. (3) Large trees of natural Korean pine in lm-3m distance sales were evenly distributed and the ones in 5m-7m and 13m-17m were significantly evenly distributed; small trees in 0m-3m distance scales had a significant aggregated distribution and showed a random distribution in other scales; stand mainly focused on random distribution. (4) Taking Plot M10 as an example, selection cutting spatial optimization model of natural Korean pine forest was established and the value of objective function was greatly improved. Species diversity index T increased 1.19%, q of constraints decreases 2.36%, stand mixed degree and contagion index increased 2.19% and 36.08%, competition index decreased 50.43%, which meet the requirements of sustainable forest management. Therefore, this study provided a theoretical basis for the management technology of natural Korean pine forest.
