By the research based on this platform for agricultural information service system, the application has been solved the problem which in the traditional agricultural information network does not resolve.For general information on agricultural production needs, took advantage of farmers'own user characteristic, combined with existing agricultural information and practical techniques to mobile Internet and portable handset carrier for information, carry out a study on agricultural information personalized recommendation system in this article. It will initiatively pushing the agricultural information to farmers that adapt to the needs of them, and combining with farmer's needs and implicit feedback, promptly modifying recommended strategies. Information resources for agriculture will be timely and efficiently used by these methodologies. And it will improve the problem in the spread of agricultural information of "time different" and "last mile". This study mainly based on the principles and technology related of personalized recommendation, analyzed the regional characteristics of information needs and the service content classification features of agricultural information personalized recommendation, proposed a personalized agricultural information initiative recommended systems, based on the regional of farmers and agricultural information classification so that the agricultural information services targeted and timeliness, and designed the recommended portable agricultural information system prototype, combined with experimental data, the user model and recommendation algorithm for evaluation and testing, it turned out to, compared to the traditional user models only through user feedback and traditional information recommendation algorithm based on content filtering, the user models based on regional characteristics of rural households and the agriculture information recommendation algorithm based on information classification improved significantly. The main innovation has the following areas:(1) introduced agricultural district advantage theory, analyzed of the household's regional superior agricultural products, build a tree of farmer's regional advantage agricultural products. and took advantage of the regional information in the farmer's mobile web application, obtain the regional characteristics of rural households, combined with user feedback, build farmers model, for agricultural information recommended;(2) based on the five agricultural information classification, designed an agricultural information dictionary, match the results of the agricultural information page with it for generation features keywords, combined with farmers model for efficient timely information recommended;(3) Designed a prototype of portable recommendation system for agricultural information as a recommended solution.
