The development of current agricultural information resources is mainly characterized by the non-fusion of the leading position of macroscopic information,popular information and general information with the regional characteristics of agriculture.It can be illustrated as the following aspects:Firstly,difficulties in sharing information resources resulting from the fragmentation of departments and industry;Secondly,low-efficiency integration services and end-user difficulties despite of numerous platforms available;Thirdly,apparently increasing contradiction between the poor ability in capturing and analyzing information by the scattered farmers and small-scale agriculture-related organizations and the agricultural information service which is untargeted,inaccuracy and invalidity.The powerful capacity in calculating and storage under cloud environment can meet the demand of unified calculation and centralized operations which allows centralized storage of mass agricultural data,and it is very convenient to access to a variety of resources and reducing duplication of construction.From the basis mentioned above,personality recommendation of agricultural information which based on the regional characteristics can be generated with the local actual situation,interacted with users,and meet with the fundamental demand of agricultural information services.It is in this context,to carry out a cloud environment of agricultural information services research based on the "regional characteristics" is of great practical significance.Firstly,this thesis focuses on constructing an information service system interconnected the information platform and the communication platform to provide agriculture related personnel and organizations with personalized and regional information services on the basis of Hunan agricultural cloud information universal service platform.In this paper,we designed the services architecture of agricultural information area which included the resource sharing layer,application integration layer and personalized push service architecture layer.Second,in the personalized push layer,aim at the characteristics of the user regional,and user evaluation less,combined with demographic characteristics and user evaluation behavior presents a region-based recommendation algorithm.The algorithm based on the choose of industry interests and geographical information when user registering,will be divided users into different community,through calculate the same community of user sex?the similarity of age,to get a neighbor users;Based on new registered users nearest neighbor Top-N recommendations,the non-new users Slope One weighted Top-N recommendations,an effective solution to the problem of cold start for recommendation system user,to improve the accuracy recommended.This algorithm can recommend hotspots authoritative information to unregistered users;can speculation user's interests and hobbies according to the registered user area information,and recommend various characteristics services.Finally,the study results using software engineering methods for system analysis,architecture design,the use of sophisticated JAVAEE development platform,Oracle database,combined with SSH framework?DWR framework,Shiro framework design and implementation of regional agricultural information push system.To sum up,a cloud environment based on the "regional characteristics" of the agricultural information service can both effectively achieve resource sharing,integrated applications,the effective integration and user needs and improve agricultural information services targeted through the regional characteristics of the cloud environment and agriculture research systems analysis.
