Methods of pest control using chemical pesticides are convenient, economical, and efficient, therefore, a large number of pesticides used to control crop pests and diseases, this increases food production, in agricultural production. High-residual pesticides are applied to crops, it will be in the soil, water and crop residues in vivo, and prolonged intake of food containing pesticide residues would seriously affect human health, and even give potentially damaging to future generations. It is well known that pesticide residues in food have aroused the world governments and organizations. As countries over the world limit the pesticide residue in food, therefore, there is an urgent need for a simple, fast and effective method of pesticide analysis. At present, the common methods used in pesticide residue analysis have complicated sample pretreatment process, consumption of reagents, time consuming and other shortcomings. In contrast, the spectral analysis method is convenient and accurate. So this paper provides an optical spectroscopy way for pesticide residue analysis.First, summarizes the analysis of pesticide residues detected in the field of research status, and common methods is discussed on the trip, to make optical spectroscopic techniques used in analysis of pesticide residues detected. Second, base on the physical and chemical properties of high pesticide residues, provided analysis of two programs, and introduced the basic principles of optical spectroscopy methods. Third, presented the pilot program which based on design of the experiment, and experimental. Chapter IV based on the fiber spectroscopy technology, this chapter measured UV/VIS spectra of the solvent benzene and several high pesticide residues, and quipped with several high volume ratio of different residues of pesticides solution was further VI/VIS spectra measurement, the initial establishment of several pesticides UV/VIS spectra library. Chapter V is the experimental data of experiments and comparative analysis of the types of pesticides. Finally, Chapter VI is the conclusion of this paper. Finally, by researching the wavelet theory, combining with the pesticide residues of data characteristics in UV / VIS absorption spectrum and the purpose of the study. This paper is mainly about the optical spectroscopy measurement of pesticide residue analysis, provided a rapid detection way of pesticide residues and carried out experiments related to research, and the experiment results show that the optical spectroscopy way detects pesticide residues is possible.
