In modern agricultural production, in order to achieve the purpose of the prevention and treatment of disease and pests, people frequently use the pesticides, especially in recent years, the residual organic phosphorus poisoning shows an increasing trend. Therefore, the study of organophosphorus pesticide residues has important practical significance.Photoacoustic spectroscopy with a non-contact, real-time detection of fast and high accuracy advantages, it plays an important role in the detection field, the basic principles of organic phosphorus on photoacoustic spectroscopy was researched, organic phosphorus concentration and photoacoustic spectroscopy signal strength the mathematical models was established. Photoacoustic spectroscopy detection platform was built. by Light source, chopper, filter, photoacoustic cell and the signal receiving unit was designed, in the analysis of noise, chopper noise and window films noise is analyzed, the characteristic parameters of photoacoustic pool is calculated and validated, In signal processing, photoacoustic spectroscopy signal processing is selected wavelet de-noising, signal is recognized by the ERA / DC algorithm, the measurement accuracy of the signal is improved. By use of experimental platform for methyl parathion and parathion two organophosphorus pesticides were measured and the characteristics of Photoacoustic spectroscopy is research, linear relationship between the concentration of organic phosphorus Light source and photoacoustic signal intensity is analyzed. organophosphorus pesticide residues in qualitative and quantitative models have been established. In the data processing, least squares fit calculation is chosen, photoacoustic spectroscopy and UV spectroscopy is performed compared. Experimental results show that photoacoustic spectroscopy measurements than the UV absorption method is more true and reliable, small errors, linearization coefficient closer to 1.The theoretical analysis and experimental studies have shown that photoacoustic spectroscopy detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues is correct, and it can be achieved. The method for pesticide residue detection technology development and research provides a new way of thinking and has a certain significance.
