| According to national standard rules of the spray machine, developing a test-system for testing nozzle performance which is equipped with automatic control technique (PLC technique and data-acquisition boards technique),computer-controlled and processing technology. This advanced equipment can be used in the measurement of major performance parameters like pressure, flux and spray distribution character of the nozzle and its integrative performance parameter. It can also achieve precise and synchronous measurement and processing of multi parameter.At the end of this text, the author investigated the methods of testing nozzle performance. According these experiments, the system can accurately assess nozzle spray characteristics.
