Study On The Ectoparasites Trichodinid (ciliophora, Peritrida) From The Gills Of Freshwater Fishes Of Yinbin Sichuan

This work mainly deals with ectoparasitic trichodinids which obtain from freshwater fishes, Carassius auratus, Hypophtalmichthys molitrix, Aristichthys nobilis and Ctenopharyngodon idellus in Sichuan, China, were investigated. 13 species of trichodinid submitted to three genera of Oligohymenophora Puytorac et al., 1974; Peritrichida Stein, 1879; Mobilina Kahl, 1933; Trichodinidae Claus, 1874; Trichodina Ehrenberg, 1838 and Trichodinella (Rabbe, 1950) Sramek-Husek, 1953 and Tripartiella Lom, 1959. Among them, Trichodina dampanala Van Der Bank,Basson & Van As,1989,Trichodina uniforma Van As & Basson,1989,Trichodina reticulata Hirschman & Partsch, 1955,Trichodina nemachili Lom , 1960,Trichodina foraminihamata Tang & Zhao, in press,Trichodina modesta Lom, 1970,Trichodina brevicirra Tang & Zhao,in press,Trichodina mutabilis Kazubski & Migal,1968,Trichodina yibinense sp. nov. are belong to Trichodina Ehrenberg, 1838; Trichodinella epizootica (Rabbe,1950) Sramek - Husek, 1953,Trichodinella carpi Duncan, 1997,Trichodinella nova Tang & Zhao, in press submitted to Trichodinella (Rabbe, 1950) Sramek-Husek, 1953 and one species of Tripartiella Lom, 1959: Tripartiella macrosoma Basson & Van As,1987, were redescribed based on the observation of living body, dry silver impregnation technique (Klein, 1958) and methyl green-pyronin stain (Foissner, 1991).This paper is aimed to add some new content of fish parasitology, especially the economic fresh water fish in Yibin Sichuan province (mainly focus on the upper reaches of the Yangtze River) and provides some basic data for investigating pathogeny.
