Laricifomes are commonly used Uygur medicine, medicine of dry, heat, air dehumidification trend, temperature stomach expectorant, diuretic swelling, reducing the effectiveness of air and asthma. It has been collected to "The People's Republic of China pharmaceutical standards Uygur medicine volumes." It was especially hard white shoes polysaccharides enhance the body immunity in respect of the activity, subject to the domestic concerns of many scholars. But theLaricifomes on the few reports of its polysaccharide extract, liquid fermentation conditions, biological activity of polysaccharides is no systematic study of polysaccharides for bitter white shoe application and further research is limited.Firstly, the response surface analysis of the Laricifomes on the extraction conditions were optimized to improve pain Extraction rate of white shoes, for a wide range of applications and lay the foundation for subsequent research. To increase the suffering of Laricifomes in the production of mycelium and polysaccharide content, by single factor experiments, PB experiment, most are climbing experiment and response surface experiment to optimize the fermentation condition of its liquid. Wild Laricifomes to solve low production problems of limited income, and increase production of polysaccharide, as polysaccharides and a wide range of applications provide a rich and stable source.Laricifomes for the study of polysaccharide immunization in enhancing the activity of this article conducted a series of experiments in vivo immune activity, the initial explorationLaricifomes polysaccharide humoral and cellular immunity in two ways. The main findings of this paper is as follows:1.inspected theLaricifomes polysaccharide optimal extraction conditions, the results showed that extraction temperature 93℃, extraction time 2.7h,liquid ratio of 37:1, then the maximum yield of polysaccharide was 3.15%.2.studied hard white shoes liquid fermentation medium components, mainly glucose, glycine, ammonium chloride, magnesium sulfate, calcium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium hydrogen phosphate and vitamin B1, identified three kinds of the most significant impact content of factors, namely, the concentration of glucose 42.4g / L, magnesium sulfate was 0.50 g / L, potassium chloride was 0.62 g / L is the polysaccharide yield reached maximum 0.60g / L. 3.measured Laricifomes polysaccharide in vivo on immune activity, the results show that polysaccharide from theLaricifomes immune organ weights, phagocytosis, and the number of three antibodies significantly increased the humoral immune activity ; improve the ability of the lymphocyte transformation; enhance immune activity in mice.
