Cytotoxic Effect Of Tumor Necrosis Factor And Interferon On Osteosarcoma Cells

Objective: To explore the cytotoxic effect of tumor necrosis factor on osteosarcoma cell line (0s732) in order to give more information for treating bone tumor in clinic. Methods 0s732 cells were cultured and generated in 10% serum-containing culture medium. After the cells growth more enough, collected and coincubated with TNF alpha IFN gamma and the mixture of TNF and IFN by different concentration. In every 24h.. 48h~ 72h.. 96h determined the inhibitory effects rat of cytokines respecrively. Results : Every concentration cytokine TNF. IFN and TNF+IFN has potent effect on osteosarcoma cells. Time and concentration were two major factor enhanced inhibtory effect was due to the cells respone to TNF and IFN. The more time or higher concentration cytokine the stronger inhibitory effect. TNE ally IFN has more effect than TN7F and IFN single, and it has low dose. Conclusion : TN7F has cytotoxic effect on Osteosarcoma. TN7F ally IFN can raised the rat of cytotoxic in treatment Osteosarcoma.
