In the paper, particular solution boundary element method is used tosolve three-dimensional Pennes equation. The solution is divided into twoparts ,one of which is the common solution of Poisson equation ,the otherof which is the particular solution. The common solution is solved byboundary element method using constant boundary element.Theparticular solution is given by the method of separation of variables .Thepart related to the place is given by truncated polynomial, which isconcerned with the distance of boundary nods. The part related totime is supposed by separating difference. In every time span,temperature and heat flux are computed. After that the value of the nodsin the field is computed. Numerical simulation of cancer hypothermia isoffered. Fewer numbers are required to input, the exactness is befter.
