Finite Element Method is introduced into the analog of light flux in tissue. An study is implemented on the external boundary conditions of diffusion equation by Finite Element Method. With respect to the traditional math model method and, Finite Element Method can analysis complex multi-layer tissue, and compared with Monte Carlo method, it has easier account and saves time. Finite Element Method provides a new research method and mean for obtaining multi-layer optical parameters of biological tissue and non-destructive testing technology. In this paper, tissue optics research is the core, the multi-layer organization is research central subject. This paper discussed the application of Finite Element Method on optical transmission in the organization. Combined theoretical derivation and computer simulation, completed a theoretical study of the diffusion equation, Finite Element Method analysis, computer simulation, analyzed and compared the results ,the material content is:1.Studied the theory related to interaction of light and organizations, introduced optical transmission equation and its approximation theory, including basic concepts and theories of optical. Analyzed conditions of steady-state diffusion equation and the approximate solution.2.Studied the application of weighted residual method in Finite Element Method for diffusion equation method. Analyzed the unit shape function for square elements of four node in planar Finite Element Method and cube elements of eight-node in three-dimensional Finite Element Method. Used the two shape functions into the calculation of diffusion equation, eventually get the corresponding planar and three-dimensional solution.3.Meshed multi-layer tissue, divided into square units and cube unit. Separately prepared corresponding procedures for the two-dimensional three-dimensional calculation.4.Simulated using MATLAB software , analyzed and compared the results and data. Analyzed and simulated tissue with block tumor, and compared with normal tissues .The results show that : the results of optical transmission in multi-layer tissue simulated by Finite Element Method combined with computer accurately reflected the intuitive structure of the organization. With respect to the traditional math model method and, Finite Element Method can analysis complex multi-layer tissue, and compared with Monte Carlo method, it saves time, it is a more effective method on simulating light distributing in biology tissue.
