| Objective :(1) to obtain the tissue distribution data and dosimetry of 9Tc-TRODAT-1 in PD patients and ET patients. (2) to correlate the 131 absorbed dose and therapeutic efficacy in patients with hyperthyroidism(Graves disease). (3) to study the targeting effect of monoclonal antibody Hepama- 1 in primary hepatic cancer(7PHC) and its absorbed dose. Methods: three patients with Pakinson's disease(PD) and two patients with essential tremor(ET) , ten patients with hyperthyroidism and two patients with unrsectable primary hepatic cancer were included in this study. Approximately 555-74OMIBq 9~Tc-TRODAT-l were injected intravenously, 252MBq 131k was orally administratered; for radioinimunnotherapy (RJT), two patients received 1 358MBq, 1406 MBq ?11-Hep respectively by sejdinger's method. A consecutive study was undertaken in all the patients in the following days, 6-il wholebody scans were aquired, blood clearence was determined and cumulative urine samples were collected. Organ uptake was estimated after background correction, scatter correction using a depth -independent bulidup factor and organ-size-dependent attenuation correction. Non-linear regression analysis was performed on the activity using Microsoft Origin 50 software. Accumulative activities in these organs were determined by calculating the area under the respective curves after accounting for the physical decay of the radionuclide. Residence times were calculated from the dynamic and whole-body studies. All the data were input to the MIRDOSE3. 1 procedure to create the organ-absorbed dose and effective dose. Results (1) 99mTcTRODAT1 strongly accumulated in the liver, brain cortex uptaking was limited and negligible. From a dosimetric point of view, the majority of 9Tc-TRODAT-1 is excreted to the feces, the other to the urines. The absorbed dose for the more strongly esposed organs was (in MGy/MIBq): kidneys 6.08?.56E-02, liver4.27?.29, brain 1.00 ?0.42E-02, red bone marrow2.64 ?0. 88E-03, the effective dose was 8.7?.3E-03. (2) For 1311 therapy, on the basis of therapeutic result, ten patients were divided into three groups: 1 .uncontroled; 2.hypothyroidism; 3.cured, the absorbed dose (in MGy/MBq) for these groups were 638 ?97, 1418 ?205 1393 ?936 respectively, there are significant difference among three groups (p |
