The Supression Effect Of Taurine On Cardiac Fibroblasts Proliferation And Collagen Synthesis In Neonatal Rat And Its Mechanisms

Objective: Monitor the marker antigen of the neonatal rat cardiac fibroblasts to prepare for the next researches. Methods :To observe the expression of Vimentin, a-Smooth Muscle Actin and Von Willebrand Factor in the cell that we culture by in vitro culture and immunocytochemistry staining. Results: The staining of monclonal antibodies against Vimentin were positive,while the other staining were negative for the antibodies against a-Smooth Muscle Actin and Von Willebrand Factor. Conclusion: what we cultured were the cardiac fibroblasts.
