AbstractThe anti-reccurence therapy of condyloma accuminatum is a specially difficult task. High reccurence rate of the disease not only results in lots of money lost but also makes the patients feel exhausted psychologically. The latent infection of HPV is believed as one of the major factors. Though it is very easy to treat the apparent warts, some progress have to be made to treat the latent part. Liposomes as one of the latest controlled-sustained release system, if used in podophyllotoxin which is recommended by WI-1O to cure condyloma accuminatum, will surely ameliorate the drug's pharmacokinetic aspects and the pharmacodynamic aspects. It may produce a new method to cure the disease.Methods:1.16 groups of liposome podophyllotoxin were made by sonic-film method under orthogonal design. By investigate the encapsule ratio and steability of the liposome, the appropriate ratio of lecithin, cholesterol and vitamin E was studied.2 Liposome NBD-C6-HPC(fluorescent agent) and ordinary preparation were made with ideal formulations. Two drugs were applied in dorsal skin of the mice under the principle of random and comparison. After a regulated time the skin was cut off and made into optical sections. Confocal laser scanning microscopy was used to detect the fluoresence. By comparing their intensity and distribution area, the two preparations?efficacy of carrying drug and accumulating drug was discussed.3.Two kind of drugs, liposome podophyllotoxin and ordinary podophyllotoxin, was applied with volunteer patients. The theraputic results and anti-recurence results were discussed.Results:1.By means of sonic-film method, the liposome's overall test values are greater when the formulation is O.083
