Endometriosis is the most common disease that depend on steriod hormone in reproductive women, steroid hormone have to action through receptor in or out target tissue. Study have showed that their differents in the location or concentration of estrogen progesterone receptors and their isoformes in endometriosis, they may involved in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. These study would verify the relation between these receptors with endometriosis, so clarify the regulation of ER -. PRER ci to ectopic endometriosis invasive implantation and grow, and the pathogenesis of endometriosis. By observe the difference between ectopic and eutopic tissue at histological and ultrastructure level, study the difference between eutopic and ectopic endometriosis and find the reason. Methods Estrogen and progesterone receptors concentration were determined by immunochemical SP method in 40 ectopic endometrium and 15 matched eutopic endometrium from 40 endometriosis patients. By the same method determined estrogen ci receptor in 35 ectopic and 15 eutopic endometrium from 35 endometriosis patients. By electron microscope we observed 10 3 ectopic and eutopic endometrium ultrastructure, and studied ectopic endometrium ultrastructure chang during menstrual cycle. Conclusion 1 .Location of ER. PR in ectopic and eutopic endometrium: both ER PR expressed in the nucleolus of glandular and stroma cell. 2.Comparation ER with PR: Concentration of ER and PR in ectopic endometrium are lower than them in eutopic emdometrium, concentration have significant difference, (P <0.1) 3.Relation between ER and PR: Compare ER with PR ,PR was strongly expressed , the difference was significant. 4.Location of ER: expressed in the nucleolus of glandular and stromaL cell. 5.Concentration of ER ci : Concentration of ER ci in ectopic endometrium are lower than them in eutopic emdometrium, concentration have significant difference (P <0.1) 6.Relation between ER positive rate with menstrual cycle: ER positive rate in proliferate period are higher than it in secret period. 7.Endometriosis ultrastructure under transmission electron microscope: there are great difference between ectopic and eutopic endometriun in ultrastructure and pathomorphology. The most difference are that microvillus are hypogenesis. some cell deformity. Ectopie- ultrastructure were active in proliferate period, that may be one of the most important reason that induce 4 * * * * * .aaaa ~ &~8 * * * * * I * * * the develepment and implantation of endometriosis.
