Abstract Expression of IL-i ~ in Human Endometrium Tissues and Granuloxa Cells and Relationship to the Implantation of Embryo NanFang Hospital, the First Military Medical University Graduate Student: Wang Xuefeng Supervisor: Professor Xing fuqi Professor Chen Shuling Objectives: (1) TO investigate the expression of IL-i f3 in human endometrium tissues and its regulation according to the menstrual cycle;(2)TO detect the expression of IL-i a 13 on human iuteinizing granulosa cells and the presence of IL-i a 13 in human follicular fluid;(3)And to evaluate the relationship between IL-i and the implantation Methods: Thirty endometrium specimens were obtained from normal women.Immuno histochemical reaction of EL-i f3 were compared in these tissues. The sera and foilicular fluid(FF) of the thirty-six cases who joined in their activities in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET) cycles were collected. IL-i in sera and follicular fluid were detected by using ELISA.Human GCs were recovered from follicuiar aspirates obtained during transvaginal ultrasound-guided oocyte retrieval for IVF-ET.The expression of IL-I 13 on the GCs was detected with FCM. Results : (i)IL-1 13 expression was localized in glandullar epithelium and cavum epitheiial, and the expression in human endometrium had periodical changes during the menstrual cycle.The staining of IL-i 13 was strongest in middle secretory phase among the six phases(P |
