Abstract Objective To investigate the BP hereditabity and the fluctuation tendency in varying of time and relationship of the polymorphism of CYPI 1B2 gene and the effect of common pharmaceutical and the side effect in chinese population. Method We have made great efforts to investigate the Bp in the twins and the Bp for the subjects taking the Lordisin in the pedigree of essential hypertension in Sott)C- ttVV a5&~ ,since 1999, totally 1101 pairs of twins over 8 age, 600 fitable families with EH, and 1000 subjects taking the Lordisin. Outcome1.In our study, we revealed that by the subgroup of age the hereditability of Bp for the younger was lower. By the method of the classic Holziger for the Bp value of twins analysising hereditabiity the SBP and DBP hereditability of the total subjects were 0.278 and 0.368. the two pairs of difference between DZ was larger than between MZ(p<0. 05), and the difference increase following the raising of the age.2.The SBP ~and DBP hereditabity in varying of time were different. The highest hereditabity of SBP was 0.97 in the evening,and the DBP was the 0.76 in the morning.moreover,the fluctuation tendency of BP in the varying of time was the same as in varying sex. 3. The 3 kinds of the CYP 11 B2 genotypes were classified by the genetic variation, the homozygous mutation CC, the heterozygous CT, and the mild TT. The frequency of allele C and T was 28.2% and 71.8% in the total populations. After the treatment of Lordisin , we found that the the differences of the treated time and investkated date in varying genotypes to the affect of the divergent bp(p<0. 05). adjusting the variables of age, sex, height, weight, BMI smoke and alcohol showed that the homozygous mutation CC genotype significantly associated with the divergent bp(p< 0.05). but the others hadno differences~,>O.05). moreover, On the basis of the types of EH and effect and no-effect in clinic, we also revealed that the availability of decreasin BP was significantly different among the middle and high hypertension. but there was no different in low hypertension. but the others had no differences(pz?.05). So suggested that it is obvious to CC the relationship of the CC homozygous mutation genotype to the emergent effect of the pharmaceutic and also showed the same trend in the aspect of side effect of pharmaceutic.
