Objective: To explore the relation between coronary arterylesion and clinic multiple-factor by analysing the results of coronary arteriography in 197 cases..in order to improve the positivity of coronary arteriography. Methods:The left and right coronary artery, the left ventricle were selectively radiographied in varied projective angle with Judkin's method of femoralis puncture . Results: The positive rate was 54.82%(108/197)J with 215 vessels involved. Among them LAD40.00%,RCA30.70%,;LCX 26.51%, LM2.79 %. Moreover there were 18 cases with cardiac aneurysm, 4 cases with cardiac bridge. There were 36 cases in total who were performed PTCA including 5 emergencying PTCA. After PTCA the narrow of the involved vesssels was significantly relived Conclusion: The positive rate of coronary arteriography was significantly higher in those patients who were male; more than 45 years old; with a history of smoking ^hypertension; diabetes; hyperlipiemia; obesity; myocardial infarction; typical angina pectorios; typical ischemia of changes in electrocardiogram.
