Study On Effective Constituent And Quality Of Fructus Viticis

Fructus Viticis belongs to Vitex trifolia L. or Vitex trifolia L.var.Simplicifolia Cham, and mainly distributes to Liaoning>, Northeast and North of china and coastal province such as Taiwan with large amount. As a typical drugs for Exterior Syndrome in the TCM, it has been extensively used for a long time. While in the modern clinical practice, it is applied for treatment of cold headache> nervous headache > supraorbital neuralgia> muscular neuralgia N hypertension > dizziness > acute confunctivitis and microcirculation dysfunction.After the studies on the physiological activity and chemical composition, it is showed that it is a new drug to treat rheumatoid arthritis -, lymphomas and prevent cancer and the efficient constituents of Fructus Viticis are flavonoids of which casticin is the main one.Used polyamide cc> Si-gel cc, the author has aimed at gaining two monomer chemical compositions (CSi-CS2)in fruitof Manjingzi medical material. Through 1H-NMR> 13C-NMR> MS .we are known of some data of spectrum and these chemical structure :Artemetin CS-K Casticin CS-2.
