| Psoriasis is a common immune disease of the disorder of T cell which is due to poly gene genetics. It is a puzzle in modern clinical medicine because its course of treatment is long and the recurrence rate is high. Retinoic acid medicine is a main modern medicine to cure psoriasis, but its defect also exist梥ide effect is long and the recurrence rate is high.To give full play to the feature of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),finding simple and convenient TCM whose side effect is small, curative effect is reliable is the trend of our research.To attain the object, we verified the curative effect of Decoction for Dissipating psoriasis which is self-designed treating psoriasis due to pathogenic wind-heat and blood-dryness through clinical observation. Control-group is treated by modern medicine, clinical curative rate and immunology index was observed, including the change of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor- a in serum. The result of observation proved that Decoction for Dissipating psoriasis could relieve clinical symptom obviously, at the same time it could cut down the number of IL-6 and TNF-a in serum. The curative effect is prior to modern medicine such as retinoic acid medicine. Basis was provided for clinical treatment for psoriasis by TCM. The exact mechanism remains to be studied further. |
