Addition And Subtraction Of Xiaoyin Jiedu Decoction On Psoriasis Vulgaris Clinical Study Of Blood - Dryness Due To Yin Deficiency

Decoction of Jia Jian Xiao Yin Jie Du (JJXYJD) is got from my advisor Zhou De Ying's years of clinical practice, it is also developed from Decoction of Xiao Yin Jie Du which is frequently used by well-known Chinese Medicine Doctor Jin Qi Feng and it is used to treat normal PSORIASIS syndrome of Yin Deficiency and Blood Dryness. This research is aimed to clarify JJXYJD's treatment effect on normal psoriasisoriasis syndrome of Yin Deficiency and Blood Dryness through observing patients' skin damage and accompanied syndromes which also include tongue and pulse phenomena.This thesis mainly include literature review and clinical study.The part of review include two essays, the first essay is named "the modern research development on psoriasisoriasis ", this essay is based on the research of pathogenesis and present treatment methods. Now the cause and pathogenesis of psoriasis is not clear, it is assumed that psoriasis is related with genetics, infection, mutation, impairment on immunity, impairment on blood vessel's formation, neuropsoriasisychological factors and so on. On treatment, the oral medication mainly include anti-tumor drug, CyA, VA, anti-bacterium drug, biological products and blood vessel formation antigeon and so on. External used drug include cortisol, Vitamin D and so on. The second essay is named "the Chinese Medicine research development on psoriasis", this essay mainly summarizes the recognition on the cause and pathogenesis of psoriasis by Chinese Medicine. Now the relatively mature theory is blood heat theory, blood stasis theory and blood deficiency theory and so on. The internal treatment include compound drug and monodrug prescription. External prescription includes clearing heat and moistness dryness and so on. In addition, there is acupuncture point paste, acupuncture treatment, psoriasisychological treatment and so on.In the part of clinical study, we divided 42 psoriasis patients who has syndrome of Yin Deficiency and Blood Dryness into observation group (Jia Jian Xiao Yin Jie Du Decoction) and control group (Xiao Yin Jie Du Decoction) randomly. The observation group include 30 patients and the control group include 12 patients. After 8 weeks' continuous observation, we evaluate the treatment effect by comparing the PASI score and the whole syndrome's improvement. As a result, through statistics result got from SPSS 11.0 for Windows, Jia Jian Xio Yin Jie Du Decoction can improve the syndrome of Yin Deficiency and Blood Dryness for psoriasis patientsobviously.Through the research, it is proved that JJXYJD's has obvious treatment effect on normal psoriasis syndrome of Yin Deficiency and Blood Dryness.
