Clinical Study Of Treating Bile Stone Chronic Cholecystitis With Tong Dan Decoction

The objective of this study is to observe the clinic effect of TONGDAN decoction on bile stone chronic cholecystitis.Chronic cholecystitis is one of the commonly encounted and highly occurrent disease .Since recent years,the rate of the onset of the disease has a obvious growing tendency and the disease affects people's living quality. The thesis has a comprehensive elaboration on traditional and west medicine reported in recent years. Traditional medicine puts the emphasis on analyizing photogenesis, the treating perception of medicine and other aspects . West medicine had a dealing with the studying of hot point in general outline from the rate of the onset of the disease and explained the mechamism of the two aspects in recent years. In this clinic observation , 75 cases was assigned randomly in the treated group with TONGDAN deloction in contrast with 57 cases was assigned in control group with Xiao Shi LiDan Tablet .The results imply that the curative rate of the treating group reached 92.7%. The rate of removing the bile stone wholly was 24%,the grossing rate was 53.3%. All of them have a better effect than the control group.
