Purpose Clinical diagnosing value and treatment effort of the deep vein thrombus were evaluated with 99mTc- MAA regional dynamic radionuclide venography (rdRNV). Method 308 patients who were suspected the deep vein thrombus were checked with rdRNV. Result ?According to the position of thrombus and the degree of obstruction, the deep vein thrombus were divided into many types, and their rdRNV imaging characteristics were summarized; ㏕he occurrence of left legs deep vein thrombus was higher than right one, particularly central type deep vein thrombus . 103 patients were central type deep vein thrombus, 3 Patients were two iliaca vein thrombus. The left occurrence of the iliaca vein thrombus : the right one was 97: 9, the left side occupied 91.5%; 68 examples were surrounding type deep vein thrombus, 5 patients were two legs deep vein thrombus, left : right was 45:28. The deep vein thrombus of leftside occupied 61.6%. (3)At 171 patients of deep vein thrombus, 33 patients had the external injury, bone fracture or surgical operation history, share 19.3% of the deep venous thrombus ; at 80 female patients, 14 examples had the childbearing and abortion history , they occupy 17.5%. (4) The comparison of the rdRNV result and the clinical result : the sensitivity of rdRNV diagnosing the vein cava inferior obstruction was 100%; the specificity was 85.7% ;accuracy was 94.4%; the sensitivity of rdRNV diagnosing central type deep vein thrombus was 97.1% ;the specificity was 95.0% ;the sensitivity of rdRNV diagnosing surrounding type deep vein thrombus was 87.5% ; the specificity was 89.3%. (5) 40 patients of deep vein thrombus were checked on front and back of the treatment , we had tested treatment effort according to blood moving speed and the traffic vein . RdRNV according rate was 90% compared with clinical treartment effort . Conclusion The rdRNV can be used to diagnose deep vein thrombus .The method is simple, feasible, safe, sensitive specific and valuable.RdRNV should be regarded as a kind of routine method in diagnosing deep vein thrombus, it is a kind of efficient means in evaluating effort of clinical treatment, and it is a kind of important method in screening the vein cava inferior obstruction too.
