Objective:Primary lower extremity deep vein insufficiency is the common vein disease of vascular surgery. In the patients we inspected lower extremity venography, to understand the situation of lower extremity deep vein and superficial vein.We found that there were differences between different types of traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the difference of the different traditional Chinese medicine syndromes by using digital subtraction angiography (DSA) to provide the objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation. Methods:The data of 117 patients who came to the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM were diagnosed as primary lower extremity deep vein insufficiency patients, including 38 males and 37 females, a total of 75 limb during November 2014 to December 2015.In accordance with the law of the people's Republic of China pharmaceutical industry standard -TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria and Lu Deming? The practical surgery of doctor of traditional Chinese medicine)) on the disease of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical standard type of this disease is divided into:Qi stagnation and blood stasis, damp heat syndrome. And randomly selected simple varicose veins of 42 patients,45 limbs as control group.Comparison of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, damp heat syndrome group and control group subjects ascending phlebography imaging differences. The subjects were selected in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. We measured the cross vein diameter in lower extremity vein antegrade angiography images, including shares vein, shares superficial vein and popliteal vein, great saphenous vein at the initial segment of the and observe varicose veins of lower extremity range and shape. At last,we used Microsoft Office Excel 2007 to build a database, and analyze data with the help of SPSS21.0 to investigate the difference of imaging features of deep venous insufficiency of lower extremity between different TCM syndromes.Results:1.Damp heat, qi stagnation and blood stasis group and control group, there was statistical significance in the difference of femoral vein diameter(P<0.05). The blood stasis group compared with the control group, no significant differences in the total femoral vein diameter(P>0.05). That damp heat syndrome group femoral vein diameter greater than the other two groups.2.Damp heat, qi stagnation and blood stasis group and control group, there was statistical significance in the superficial femoral vein diameter difference(P<0.05). The blood stasis group compared with the control group, but no significant difference was found in the femoral vein diameter(P>0.05). The damp heat syndrome group of superficial femoral vein diameter level than the other two groups.3.Damp heat, qi stagnation and blood stasis group and control group, was statistically significant difference in femoral vein diameter(P<0.05). Qi stagnation and blood stasis group and control group, there was no significant difference in the popliteal vein diameter(P>0.05). That damp heat syndrome group is Qi stagnation and blood stasis of popliteal vein diameter group and control group.4.Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome group and the hot and humid bet card set of shallow varicosity degree no difference (P>0.05), and compared to the control group, the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05). Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and damp heat syndrome group than in the control group was significantly higher than in superficial varicose vein imaging. Conclusion:Patients with primary deep venous insufficiency were classified according to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and the images were obtained by digital subtraction angiography (DSA).The experimental data showed that the downward flow of damp heat syndrome in patients with lower extremity deep vein diameter is Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and simple superficial varices in patients with thickening, qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in patients with deep vein diameter than the pure superficial vein varicose differences without statistical significance;damp heat syndrome and syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis patients of superficial vein varicose degree on imaging findings than the pure superficial varicose vein in patients with severe. But qi stagnation and blood stasis in patients with damp heat syndrome in patients with no significant difference. In conclusion, Anterograde Venography can provide objective index for traditional Chinese medicine dialectical type.
