| Object To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Tang Kangning in treating insuline resistance of non-insuline dependent diabetes .Methods 120 patients diagnosised non-insuline dependant diabete with insuline resistance were divided into two groups by random.among these patients,therapentic group(60) were treated by Tang Kangning ,control group(60) were treated by metformin hydrochoride tablets.two months was a course of treatment.Results Tang Kangning could improve clinical symptoms of patients obviously, the difference was significant compared to the contract group(P<0.01~0.05);Meanwhile,the patients' blood suger and insuline desended,but IAI and SI were higher(P< 0.01).The experimental study show that Tang Kangning could descend blood sugar, HbA1C blood fat and insuline of model rats obviously;Meanwhile,it could increase glucose oxidation and lAI.besides it also had a trend of descending TNF a .Conclusion Tang Kangning has sure curative effent in teeating insuline resistance of non-insuline depentent diabetes,it is worth studying deeply and developing further. |
