The Research On The Relathionships Between The Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Tradithional Chinese Medicine And The Alteration Of The Endothelial Cells' Structure And Functhion

The objective of the research divided into theoretical and experimental parts was to explore the microcosmic mechanism of engenderer of the Blood Stasis Syndrome and actional mechanism of Activating Blood Circulation Herbs .In the theoretical research,according to the ancient literature data ,U was regarded as the pathophysiological base of the genderer of the Blood Stasis that the blood and the vessel influnced each other .In the experimental research ,the effection of various Activating Blood Circulation Herbs on the vascular endothelium,plasma endothelin, serum Nitric oxygen were observed.The results showed that the endothelial cells were injuried and shedded partly from HE stainning and scanning electron microscope .At the same time ,the content of NO and NO /ET were reduced remarkably .Various Activating Blood Circulation Herbs could all protect the endothelium by inversing such pathological alteration. Of those herbs ,the herbs of promoting the flow of Qi to activate blood circulation were best .Thus ,the conclusions were drawn that the injury of endothelial cells was basic link during the genderer of Blood Stasis Syndrome and the Activating Blood Circulation Herbs could prevent it.
